B. Technical department according to customer requirements and project mold production standards, formulates design plans, mapping products on the product modeling design, on time to complete the design task.

C. After the mold design is confirmed, the technical department will import the data into the BOM list, and each department will start the operation according to the mold manufacturing process.

D. After sending the mold product samples, the Marketing Department shall inform the project department to arrange the modification or the mold shipment notice after receiving the written notice of modification or confirmation of qualification from the customer.

Mold flow analysis uses data simulation software to complete the simulation of injection molding through the computer, simulate the injection process of the mold, and obtain some data results. Through these results, the feasibility of the mold program is evaluated, and the mold design program and product design program are improved. Plastic mold commonly used software includes Moldflow, Moldex3D, etc., while aluminum alloy die-casting is more common, such as PROCAST, FLOW3D, etc.

Parts that are more complex, that have features that require a more sophisticated mold and will be more repetitive in its' production cycle are better injection-molded.
